Fresh mouth, with good concentration and balanced, gently marked by new wood. Lively and long finish.
Vinification in stainless steel tanks with temperature control at 15” C (80% of the final batch) with the remainder fermented in a new 225 l French oak barrel with batonnage, for another three months.
